- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
We currently ship to the United States only. If you’re ordering from elsewhere, contact us first.
30-day returns
Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return your H2 for a full refund.
Returns go to Florida, not to China. Our US returns and service address is 2012 Jaffa Drive, Unit 116&117, Saint Cloud, FL 34771. Please email us before you send anything back — we will issue a prepaid label with the full address and a reference on it, so your package is expected when it arrives.
- Items should be in their original condition and packaging with all included accessories;
- Email support@smartsfweb.com with your order number to get a prepaid return label;
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or wrong item?
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, no return shuffle required.
