  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to the United States only. If you’re ordering from elsewhere, contact us first.

30-day returns

Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return your H2 for a full refund.

  • Items should be in their original condition and packaging with all included accessories;
  • Email support@smartsfweb.com with your order number to get a prepaid return label;
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or wrong item?

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, no return shuffle required.
