This Privacy Policy explains how Shenzhen Zhimou Shijie Technology Co., Ltd. (“SmartSF Cam”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit this website or purchase a SmartSF product.

1. Information we collect

  • Order information. When you buy from us we collect your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details. Payment card data is processed by our payment providers and never stored on our servers.
  • Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and order history.
  • Messages and signups. If you contact support or join our mailing list, we keep your email address and the content of your message.
  • Site analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site traffic. We do not sell visitor data.

2. Camera footage and the AIDOVID app

Your dash cam recordings are stored on your own memory card and, when you enable cloud features, in your AIDOVID app account. This website does not access your footage. The AIDOVID app’s handling of device data, location, and cloud storage is governed by the privacy policy presented inside the app. We encourage you to review it during setup.

Recording responsibly: laws on audio and video recording vary by state and country. You are responsible for using your camera in compliance with local law, including obtaining passenger consent for audio recording where required.

3. How we use your information

  • To fulfill and ship your orders, and to provide customer support;
  • To send service messages about your order;
  • To send marketing email only if you opted in — every email includes an unsubscribe link;
  • To improve our website and products.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the store — payment processors, shipping carriers, and hosting providers — and only what they need to do their job. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

This site uses essential cookies for the shopping cart and checkout to function. Analytics cookies, if enabled, are used in aggregate only.
